Ingredients
- 1 cup maida (flour)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 4 tbsp tail (oil)
- 1-1/8 cups caster sugar
- 1 anda (egg)
- 1/2 cup doodh (milk)
- 1/2 cup pani (hot water)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Ingredients for ganache
- 250 gm white chocolate
- 3/4 cups cream hot
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1-2 tbsp doodh (milk)
Directions
Bowl main channi rakh den, maida, cocoa powder, namak, baking powder or baking soda daal kar ek sath chaan len_
Oil daal kar achi tarah mix karlen_
Caster sugar, anda or doodh daal kar achi tarah mix karen_
Garam pani shamil karen or achi tarah mix karlen_
Vanilla essence daal kar mix karlen_
9" inch baking pan main butter paper laga len or oil se grease karlen_
Batter ko grease baking pan main daal den or side pe rakh den_
Degchi main namak ka ek packet daal kar wire rack (2-3 inches high) rakh den or tez anch par 15 mins ke liye preheat karen_
Baking pan rakh den or dhak kar halki darmiyani anch par 1 ghantay ke liye bake karlen_
Cake main tooth pick/ stick insert karke check karlen agae tooth pick/ stick saaf niklay to cake tayar hai_
Preheat oven main 180c per 40-45 mins ke liye bake bhi ker sakte hen_
Cake ko wire rack par thanda karlen_
Coffee ganache banane ke liye bowl main white chocolate or garam cream daal kar 4-5 mins ke liye chor den_
Double boiler per bowl rakh den or 4-5 mins ke liye musalsal mix karlen_
Instant coffee ko chaan kar daal den or smooth honay tak achi tarah mix karlen_
Doodh daal kar achi tarah mix karen or 5-10 mins ke liye thanda karlen_
Cake thanda hojaye to coffee ganache laga len or 40 minutes ke liye refrigerate karlen_
