Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 cup aalu bukhara (plums/prune soaked overnight)
- 3/4 cups imli pulp (tamarind pulp)
- 1/3 cup cheeni (sugar)
- 1 tsp laal mirch (red chili crushed)
- 1/2 tsp zeera (cumin roasted)
- 1/4 tsp namak (salt)
- 1 cup pani (water)
- 1/2 cup pani (water)
- 2 tbsp corn flour
Directions
Ek pan main aalu bukhare, imli pulp, cheeni, laal mirch, zeera, namak or 1 cup pani daal kar aalu bukhare naram hone tak 15-20 mins pakaen_
Ab 1/2 cup pani main corn flour mix karke pan main daalen_
Ab garha hone tak mix karte rahen_
Agar chahen to grind bhi karsakte hen_
Ab nikaal kar serve karen_:)
