Egg & Bean Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chawal (rice basmati)
  • Hasb e zarurat pani (water as required)
  • 1 litre pani (water)
  • 1 badiyan ka phool (star anise)
  • 2 hari ilaichi (green cardamon)
  • 4 long (cloves)
  • 2 tukray daarcheni (cinnamon sticks)
  • 1 tez paat (bay leaf)
  • 1 tbsp namak (salt)
  • 1 tbsp sirka (vinegar)

Ingredients for egg & red beans

  • Handful hara dhania (green coriander)
  • Handful podina (mint leaves)
  • 2-3 hari mirch (green chili)
  • 2 tbsp tail (oil)
  • 1 piyaz (onion chopped small)
  • 1 tsp zeera (cumin seeds)
  • 1 darcheeni (cinnamon stick)
  • 4 long (cloves)
  • 7-8 sabut kaali mirch (black pepper corns)
  • 1/4 cup red kidney beans boiled
  • 1/4 cup matar (peas boiled)
  • 3 tbsp tamatar (tomato deseeded & cubes)
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 anday (boiled eggs)
  • 2 cups chawal (boiled rice)

Directions

Bowl main chawal or pani daal kar 30 mins ke liye bhigo den_

Ab pan msin pani daal kar garam karen, badiyan ka phool, hari ilaichi, long, darcheeni, tez paat or  namak daal kar ubaal len or dhak kar 1 min ke liye paka len phir sabut garam masala ko nikal kar pheek den_
Bheegay hue chawal daal kar mix karen or sirka daal kar chawal ubaal len or strain karke side par rakh den_

Egg & red beans banane ke liye blender main hara dhania, podina or hari ilaichi daal kar achi tarah blend karlen_
Karhai main oil or piyaz daal kar naram hone tak fry karlen_
Zeera, darcheeni, long or sabut kaali mirch dal kar achi tarah mix karlen_
Red kidney beans, matar, tamatar, blended greens, namak or garam masala powder daal kar achi taraj mix karlen_
Boiled anday daal kar mix karen_
Boiled chawal shamil karen or 2-3 mins ke liye achi tarah mix karen or serve karen_:)
