Orange Chiffon Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 anday ki zardi (egg yolk)
  • 7 anday ki safedi (egg white)
  • 2-1/4 cups maida (flour)
  • 1-1/2 cups caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp cream or tartar

Directions

Anday ki safedi or anday ki zardi 2 bowls main alag alag karlen_
30 mins tak rakhen take anday room temperature pe ajaen_
Oven ko 170c pe preheat karlen_
Electric mixer ke bowl main maida, caster sugar 1-1/4 cups, baking powder, namak or orange zest ko ek se do mins beat karlen_
Egg yolk, oil, orange juice or vanilla extract shamil karke dubara beat karlen_
Or batter ko alihda bowl main rakhen_
Ek or bowl main anday ki safedi ko foam ban jane tak beat karen_
Cream of tartar, 1/4 cup sugar daal kar beat karen_
Ab pehle se tayar batter ko chamach se mix karen_
Tayar batter baking pan main daalen or 55 se 60 mins tak bake karen_
Cake ko ovem se nikaal kar counter pe ulat den or thanda hone tak 1 ya 1-1/2 ghantay rakh den_
Baking pan hata den or icing sugar sprinkle karen_
