Fish Fry With Masala Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi (fenugreek leaves)
  • 1-1/2 tsp zeera (cumin seeds roasted & crushed)
  • 2 tsp dhania (coriander seeds roasted & crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds crushed)
  • 1 tbsp laal mirch (red chili flakes)
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder (whole spice powder)
  • 1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 1-1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/2 tbsp lehsan (garlic crushed)
  • 2-3 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)

Ingredients for masala

  • 2 tbsp tail (oil)
  • 1 piyaz (onion chopped)
  • 2 tamatar (tomatoes chopped)
  • 2 tbsp lehsan (garlic crushed)
  • 2-3 hari mirch (green chilies chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/2 tbsp fish masala
  • Handful hara dhania (coriander leaves)
  • 2-3 tbsp tail (oil)

Directions

Bowl main kasuri methi, zeera, dhania, ajwain, laal mirch, garam masala, haldi, namak, lehsan or nimbu ka rass daal den or mix karlen, fish masala tayar hai_

Fish ko achi tarah dho len or fish masala laga kar 2 ghantay ke liye marinate karlen_
Masala banane ke liye oil garam karke tamam chopped vegetables daal kar saute karlen, namak or  fish masala shamil karen or tamatar pak janay tak paka len, hara dhania chopped daal der dish out karlen_
Oil garam karen or marinatee fish dono taraf se fry karlen (6-8 mins dono sides)_
