Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg fish fingers surmaee (kingfish)
  • 1 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 1 tbsp (sirka) vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper)
  • 2 anday (eggs)
  • 1 cup maida (flour)
  • 1-1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • Oil for deep fry

Ingredients for tzatziki sauce

  • 1 cup dahi (yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
  • Kheeray (Cucumber medium shredded)
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1 tsp fresh dill

Directions

Fish fingers ko dho kar sirka or haldi laga kar 15 mins rakhen phir ek dafa or dho kar strainer main daal dain take uska saara pani nikal jaye or dry hojaye_

Fish ki coating ke liye ek bowl main 2 anday phent len_
Dosre bowl main maida len_
Teesray bowl main bread crumbs lain or namak, kaali mirch, oregnao, lemon zest shamil karke mix karen_

Ab fish ko maide main dust karen phir anday main dip karen or akhir main bread crumbs main coat karke rakhen_
Sare pieces aese hi coat karlen_
Ab coated fish fingers ko 15 mins ke liye freezer main rakh den_

Karhai main oil garam karke darmiyani anch par fish fingers ko fry karlen_
Fish fingers ko preheated oven main 200c pe 15-20 mins ke liye bake bhi kia jasakta hai_

Tzatziki sauce dahi ko bareek kapray ya cheese cloth main 20 mins ke liye latka dain_
Isse uska sara pani nikal jaega_

Shredded kheera ko squeeze karen take  zaid paani nikal jaye_
Ab isme lemon juice, namak, kadukash kheera or soya shamil karke achi tarah mix karlen_sauce tayar hai_
Fish fingers ke sath serve karen_:)
