- 1 cup doodh (milk)
- 1 tbsp sirka (vinegar)
- 2 anday (eggs)
- 1 cup atta (flour)
- 1-1/2 tsp corn flour
- 2 tsp chawal ka atta (rice flour)
- 1/2 tsp safed mirch powder (white pepper powder)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp peprika powder
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 1 tsp lehsan powder (garlic powder)
- 1/4 tsp namak (salt)
- Talne ke liye tail (oil for frying)
Ingredients for tartar sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp pickled cucumber
- 1 tbsp pickled jalapenos
- 1 tbsp hara piyaz (green onion chopped)
- 1/2 tbsp parsley or dhania (green coriander chopped)
- 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
Directions
Bowl main nimbu ka rass, namak, cheeni or kaali mirch crushed daal kar mix karlen_
Boneless fish biscuits dal kar mix karen or 15-20 mins ke liye marinate karlen_
Doodh main sirka daal kar mix karen or 5-10 mins ke liye chor den_butter milk use karne ke liye tayar hai_
Bowl main anday dal kar phent len, butter milk shamil karke achi tarah mix karen or side par rakh den_
Alag bowl main, maida, corn flour, chawal ka atta, safed mirch powder, dried oregano, peprika powder, chicken powder, lehsan powder or namak dal kar achi tarah mix karlen or side pe rakh den_
Ab marinated fish biscuits ko egg mixture main dip karen phir flour main coat karen phir dubara egg mixture main dip karke flour mixture main coat karlen or halki darmiyan anch par sunehri hone tak deep fry karlen_
Tartar sauce ke liye bowl main mayonnaise, pickled cucumber, pickled jalapenos, hara piyaz, parsley or hara dhania, worcestershire sauce, mustard paste, hot pepper sauce or nimbu ka rass daal kar achi tarah mix karen_tartar sauce tayar hai_
