Ingredients
- 2 cups atta (flour)
- 1/2 cup besan (gram flour)
- 1 cup bareek kati methi (fenugreek finely chopped)
- Hara dhania (coriander leaves)
- 1 tbsp hari mirch ka paste (green chili paste)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 2 tbsp dahi (yogurt)
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 chutki haldi (turmeric 1 pinch)
Directions
Atta, besan, bareek kati methi, hara dhania, hari mirch ka paste, namak, dahi, ghee or haldi mila kar ache se goondh len_
15-20 mins ke liye rakh den_
Ab iske chotay chotay peray bana kar bell len_
Phir halki anch par ghee laga kar fry karen_
