Yong Tong Schezwan Fish Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Bekti fish fillets
  • 3/4 cups corn flour
  • Talne ke liye tail (oil for frying)

Ingredients for sauce

  • 1/2 cup mircho ka tail
  • 4 tbsp cheeni (sugar)
  • 2 tbsp safed sirka (white vinegar)
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp adrak lehsan (ginger garlic chopped)
  • Sajane ke liye bareek kata hara dhania (coriander leaves finely chopped for garnishing)

Directions

Machli ke fillets ke chotay tukray kaaten or un par corn flour laga kar 15 mins ke liye rakh den_

Karhai main tail garam karen or machli ke tukro ko sunehri fry karke nikaal len_
Degchi main mircho ka tail garam karke adrak lehsan bhun len_
Isme cheeni, sirka or tomato ketchup daal kar chand mins pakaen, phir machli daal kar 5 mins pakaen_
Dish main machli nikaal kar hara dhania se garnish karke serve karen_:)
