Potato Cream Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 aalu (potatoes)
  • 2 tbsp maida (flour)
  • 1/2 tsp pissi hoi safed mirch (white pepper powder)
  • 1 cup taza doodh (fresh milk)
  • 28 gm fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp piyaz (onion chopped)
  • 1 tezpata (bay leaf)
  • 4 cups murghi ki yakhni (chicken stock)
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 2 tbsp makhan (butter)
  • Sajane ke liye Croutons (for garnishing)
  • Chirakne ke liye parsley (to sprinkle)

Directions

Aalu cheel kar kaat len_
Degchi main yakhni ubaalen_
Isme aalu, tezpata or piyaz daal kar aalu gal jane tak pakaen_
Sauce pan main makhan pighla kar maida, safed mirch or namak daal kar halka sa bhune_
Chuleh se utaar kar doodh milaen_
Usse dubara chuleh par rakh kar sauce ko khoob garha karlen_
Isse yakhni wali degchi main daalen or 10 mins tak paka kar piyalo main nikaal len_
Mazedar soup ko croutons or cream se saja ke parsley chirak kar serve karen_:)
