Tom Yum Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300 gm murghi ke patlay tukray bghari haddi (chicken pieces boneless, cut thin)
  • 1 piyaz (onion chopped)
  • 2 inch piece gouranga (chinese ginger)
  • 2 tamatar bareek kate hue (tomato finely chopped)
  • 3 nimbu ke patte (lemon leaves chopped)
  • 3 stem lemon grass chopped
  • 3 chicken cubes
  • 10 hari mirchen (green chilies chopped)
  • 1 cup mushroom chopped
  • 1 tsp ajeenomoto
  • 2 tbsp tom yum paste
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
  • 1 tbsp hara dhania (coriander leaves chopped)
  • 4 cups pani (water)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)

Directions

Degchi main murghi ke tukray, pani,  chicken cubes, gouranga, lemon grass, lemon ke patte or hari mirchen daal kar 1/2 ghantay tak pakaen_
Ab isme piyaz, tamatar, mushroom, ajeenomoto, tom yum paste, fish sauce or namak daal kar 10 mins tak pakaen_
Mazedar ko soup ko piyale main nikaalen_
Isme hara dhania or nimbu ka rass mila kar serve karen_:)
