8 Treasures Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 cups murghi ki yakhni (chicken stock)
  • 2 tbsp chakor kati gajar (carrot cubed)
  • 2 tbsp band gobhi chakor kati hoi (cabbage cubed)
  • 4 mushroom finely cut
  • 1/4 cup ublay matar (boiled peas)
  • 2 tbsp hari piyaz (spring onions)
  • 6 chotay jheengay (shrimps)
  • 1 piece Beancurd
  • 1 murghi ka seena bareek kata (chicken breast finely cut)
  • 1 tsp pissi safed mirch (white pepper powder)
  • 5 tbsp cornflour pani main ghula hua (cornflour dissolved in water)
  • 1 anda phenta hua (egg beaten)
  • 2 tbsp hara dhania (coriander leaves chopped)
  • 1-1/2 tsp namak (salt)

Directions

Ek piyale main murghi ke tukray, jheengay, 1/2 tsp safed mirch or 1/2 tsp namak mila kar rakh den_
Degchi main yakhni garam karke murghi, baaki safed mirch, gajar, band gobhi, matar, mushroom, hari piyaz or baki namak daal kar 10 mins tak pakaen_
Isme corn flour ahista ahista daal kar garha karen_
Jab soup garha hojaye to isme thora thora karke anda daalen_
Isme hara dhania or beancurd mila kar serve karen_:)
