Ingredients
- 1/2 kg machli ke chakor bghair haddi ke tukray (cubed fillet pieces fish)
- 1 tbsp pissa lehsan (garlic paste)
- 6 sabit gol laal mirchen (round dried red chilies)
- 1/2 tsp pissi hoi safed mirch (white pepper powder)
- 1/2 tsp pissi hoi kaali mirch (black pepper powder)
- 3 tbsp sirka (vinegar)
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 anda (egg)
- 1 tsp cheeni (sugar)
- 4 tbsp maida (flour)
- 1 tsp ajeenomoto
- 4 tbsp tamatar paste (tomato paste)
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp hari piyaz (spring onion)
- 1 gajar (carrot)
- 1 shimla mirch (capsicum)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 4 tbsp oil
- Sajane ke liye salad patay (lettuce for garnishing)
Directions
Machli main anda, maida, kaali mirch or namak mila kar rakh len_
Karhai main oil garam karen or machli ke tukray fry karke nikaal len_
Degchi main oil garam karen isme lehsan or laal mirchen mila kar 2 mins tak bhune_
Phir shimla mirch, gajar or hari piyaz daal kar 5 mins tak bhune_
Ab isme pissi hoi safed mirch, pissi hoi kaali mirch, sirka, soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, egg, cheeni, ajeenomoto, tamatar paste, tomato ketchup or namak mila kar chand mins pakaen_
Phir machli milaen or salad patay se saji hoi dish main nikaal kar serve karen_:)
