Ingredients
- 1 cup moong daal (yellow lentils)
- 2 gathi soya (dill 2 bunch)
- 6 gathi methi ke patte (fenugreek leaves)
- 6 hari mirchen (green chili)
- 1 gathi hara dhania bareek kata (coriander leaves finely chopped 1 bunch)
- 1 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
- 3 bari ilaichi (black cardamom)
- 6 sabit kaali mirch (black peppercorns)
- 6 jave kata lehsan (garlic chopped)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 tsp Margarine
- 3 tbsp oil
Directions
Daal ko garam pani se dho kar bhigo den_
Soye ko dho kar thori c haldi ke sath bhigo den_
Methi ko dho kar thori c haldi ke sath bhigo den_
Degchi main oil garam karke or lehsan ko sunehra karlen_
Phir haldi, laal mirch, ilaichi, kaali mirch, namak or thora sa pani daal kar bhune_
Isme daal, soya or methi mila kar dubara bhune or hari mirch daal ke halki anch par dum pe rakh den_
Agar methi ke pani main daal na gale to 1/2 cup pani shamil karden_
Pani sukh jaye to margarine or hara dhania daal kar dum pe rakh den_
Phir dish main nikaal ke serve karen_:)
