Chicken Yakitori Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chicken piece (boneless)
  • 250 gm hari piyaz (spring onion)
  • 1/2 tsp kutti hoi kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
  • Hasb e zarurat teriyaki sauce (as required)
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions

Murghi ki botiyo par kaali mirch or namak laga kar rakh den_
Hari piyaz ka safed hissa mota mota kaaten_
Lakri ki seekhon par pehle piyaz ke 2 tukray phir 5 murghi ki botiya or iske baad piyaz ke 2 tukray laga den_
Frying pan main thora sa tail garam karke seekhon ko ulat pulat karke pakaen_
Serving dish main seekhon se nikaal len_
Unke upar teriyaki sauce daal kar serve karen_:)
