Arabian Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp oil
  • 4-5 long (cloves)
  • 8-9 sabut kaali mirch (black pepper corns)
  • 250 gm bhigoe hue chawal (basmati rice soaked 15 mins)
  • 1 tsp chicken powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • 3 cups pani (water)
  • 2 chutki zarday ka rang (yellow food color 2 pinchs)
  • 4 hari mirch (green chili chopped)

Ingredients for red sauce

  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup chili garlic sauce

Ingredients for chicken shots

  • Dawn food chicken shots 260 gm (1 packet)
  • Oil for frying

Directions

Degchi main oil, long or sabut kaali mirch daal kar mix karlen_

Chawal, chicken powder, garam masala, namak daal den or 2 mins ke liye achi tarah mix karen_
Pani daal kar mix karen or ubaal any ke baad chawal ko 3/4 th paka ker len_
1/2 cup chawal ko nikaal len or zarday kka rang daal kar achi tarah mix karlen or side pe rakh den_
Ab colored chawal ko baki bache hue chawal ke upar daal den or dhak kar 2-3 mins ke liye halki anch par  dum pe rakh den phir gently mix karen_

Red sauce banane ke liye squeeze bottle main tomato ketchup or chili garlic sauce daal kar achi tarah mix karlen or side pe rakh den_

Chicken shots banane ke liye karhai main oil garam karen or chicken shots ko golden brown fry karlen or side pe rakh den_

Serving dish main tayar chawal, fried chicken or red sauce daal kar serve karen_:)
