- 1 cup double roti ka chura (breadcrumbs)
- 2 anday ki safedi phenti hoi (egg white beaten)
- 6 slices basi double roti (stale bread)
- 10 badaam (almonds chopped)
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 1/4 tsp cheeni (sugar)
- 1/2 tsp pissi hoi kaali mirch (black pepper powder)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- Talne ke liye tail (oil for frying)
Directions
Ek bowl main maida, baking powder, pissi safed mirch, cheeni or corn flour milaen_
Isme jheengay mila kar 1/2 ghantay ke liye rakh den_
Phir inhe kante ki madad se kuchal len_
Isme corn flour, kaali mirch, namak or cheeni milaen_
Slice ke kinaray kaat kar inhe 2 tukro main kaaten or jheengay ka aameza un par lagaen_
Ispe double roti ka chura, badam or anday ki safedi lagaen_
Karhai main tail garam karen or slice tall kar jazb kagaz par nikaal len_
Phir serve karen_:)
