Ingredients
- 300 gm bare size ke jheengay (prawn large)
- 1 inch piece adrak (ginger chopped)
- 4 jave lehsan (garlic chopped)
- 1 hari piyaz (spring onion chopped)
- 1/2 tsp pissi hoi laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 anda (egg)
- 2 tbsp hara dhania (coriander leaves)
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp maida chana hua (flour sieved)
- 1/4 tsp pissi hoi kaali mirch (black pepper powder)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- Talne ke liye tail (oil for frying)
Directions
Jheengo ke darmiyan main nishan laga kar saaf karen or 1/2 cuo maide main inhe lapet kar rakh den_
Ek piyale main adrak, lehsan, piyaz, pissi laal mirch, oyster sauce, anda, hara dhania, corn flour, baking powder, maida, kaali mirch or namak mila kar garam pani se garha aameza tayar karlen_
Karhai main tail garam karen, jheengo ko aamezay main lapet kar karhai main sunehra hone tak fry karlen_
