Ingredients
- 200 gm paneer
- 3 hari piyaz lambai main kati (spring onion lengthwise chopped)
- 5 hari mirchen bareek kati (green chili finely chopped)
- 1 shimla mirch bareek kati (capsicum finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp pissa hua lehsan (garlic paste)
- 2 tbsp tail (oil)
- Sajane ke liye shimla mirch lambai main kati hoi (capsicum lengthwise chopped for garnishing)
Ingredients for marinate
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tsp maida (flour)
- 1 tsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 1/4 tsp pissi kaali mirch (black pepper powder)
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1 anda (egg)
Directions
Ek piyale main corn flour, flour, adrak lehsan, pissi kaali mirch, namak or anda milaen or neem garam pani se garha aameza tayar karlen_
Paneer ke chakor tukray kaat len_
Karhai main tail garam karen, paneer ke tukro ko marinate main lapeten or karhai main sunehri tall kar nikaal len_
Sauce pan main 2 tbsp tail garam karke lehsan sunehri karlen_
Isme tomato ketchup, soya sauce or chili sauce ubaal anay tak pakaen_
Hari piyaz, shimla mirchen or hari mirchen daal kar kuch der tak pakaen_
Isse pyrex ke dish main nikaalen or shimla mbirch se saja kar serve karen_:)
