Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg bakre ka gosht (mutton)
  • 1/2 cup dahi (yogurt)
  • 1/2 tail (oil)
  • 6 hari ilaichi (green cardamom)
  • 2 kaali ilaichi (black cardamom)
  • 1 tezpata (bay leaf)
  • 1/2 cup katti piyaz (onion chopped)
  • 2 tbsp adrak lehsan ka paste (ginger garlic paste)
  • 2 tbsp hara dhania (coriander leaves)
  • 1-1/2 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric)
  • 2 katte timatar (tomatoes chopped)
  • 2 tbsp timatar ka paste (tomato paste)
  • 1-1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1 tsp pissa zeera (cumin powder)
  • 1 tbsp katti adrak (ginger chopped)
  • 2 katti hari mirch (green chilies chopped)
  • 1 tsp pissa dhania (coriander powder)
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala (all spice)

Directions

Pehle adha kilo bakre ke gosht ko namak or dahi se 30 minutes marinate karlen_ab pan main tail garam karke is main hari ilaichi, kaali ilaichi, tazpata or katti piyaz fry karen, yhan tak ke wo light brown hojae_phir is main adrak lehsan ke paste k sath pissi laal mirch ,haldi, namak, pissa zeera, sabit laal mirch, pissa dhania or marinate kia hua gosht shaamil karen or dhak kar halki anch par pakaen_ab is main 1 cup paani daalen , yhan tak ke gosht gal jae_iske baad kate timatar, katti adrak or timatar ka paste shaamil karke achi tarah fry karlen, yhan tak ke garhi gravy reh jae_akhir main sabit laal mirch, garam masala, hara dhania or katti hari mirch daal den or naan ke sath serve karen_:)
