Ingredients
- 1 kg lauki kadukash ubli hoi (bottle gourd grated, boiled)
- 1/2 kg pissi hoi cheeni (refined sugar)
- 1/2 kg khoya (whole dried milk)
- 250 gm pissa hua narial (desiccated coconut)
- 1/2 tsp pissi hoi ilaichi (cardamom powder)
- Chand katray khanay ka hara rang (green food color)
- 2 chandi ke warq (sterling sliver leaves)
Directions
Lauki main khoya, cheeni or ilaichi achi tarah se milaen_
Isme narial or hara rang milaen_
Ek tray ko chikna karen or mithai isme daalen_
Chamchay ki madad se iski sateh humwar karlen_
Isko chandi ke warq se sajaen or tukray kaat kar serve karen_:)
