Ingredients
- 200 gm gaye ka gosht (beef)
- 1 cup boiled pasta
- 1 shimla mirch lambai main barek kati (capsicum finely chopped lengthwise)
- 1 gajar lambai main barek kati (carrot finely chopped lengthwise)
- 1 anda (egg)
- 2 jave kata lehsan (garlic chopped)
- 1 cup mushroom finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp kutti kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
- 3 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp corn flour pani main ghula hua (cornflour dissolved in water)
- 4 cups pani (water)
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1 tbsp tail (oil)
Directions
Gosht ke bareek tukray kaaten or pani ke humrah gosht galnay tak pakaen_
Karhai main tail garam karke lehsan sunehri karlen_
Isme mushroom, shimla mirch or gajar daal kar bhune_
Isme gosht ko baki pani samet daal kar ubaalen_
Phir pasta, kaali mirch or namak shamil karen_
Isme cornflour chamcha chalatay hue ahista ahista shamil karen_
Phir thora thora karke anda daalen_
Soup ko piyale main nikaalen or soya sauce mila kar serve karen_:)
