- 1-1/2 cups maida chana hua (flour sieved)
- 1 tsp khameer (yeast)
- 1/2 tsp cheeni (sugar)
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
Ingredients for qeema
- 1 cup murghi ka qeema (chicken mince)
- 1 tsp kata lehsan (garlic chopped)
- 1 tbsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 2 tbsp tail (oil)
Ingredients for topping
- 1/2 cup shimla mirch, hari mirchen kati hoi (capsicum, green chili chopped)
- 1 cup kadukash mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Sajane ke liye salad pattay (lettuce for garnishing)
Directions
Degchi main tail garam karen_
Phir lehsan, qeema, laal mirch, oregano, nimbu ka rass or namak daal kar qeema galnay tak pakaen_
Maiday main khameer, cheeni or namak mila kar naram aatta goondh len or ek ghantay ke liye kisi garam jaga par rakh den_
Is attay ke do hisse karlen_
Dono hisso ko khushk maida laga kar rotiya bell len_
Ek roti ko pizza pan main rakhen_
Iske upar 1/2 oregano or 1/2 cheese chirak kar dosri roti iske upar rakhen or kinaray morh len_
Iske upar baki cheese, qeemay, baki oregano or mircho ki teh laga kar pehle se garam oven main 180°c par 15 mins tak pakaen_
Serving dish ki salad paton se sajaen or ispar pizza saja kar serve karen_
