Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gajar, aalu, shaljam, phool gobhi mila kar (carrot, potato, turnip, cauliflower altogether)
  • 6 cups sabizyo ki yakhni (vegetable stock)
  • 1 tsp mixed italian herbs
  • 1 tbsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
  • 1 tsp kutti kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
  • 2 tbsp kata lehsan (garlic chopped)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 1/4 cup makhan (butter)
  • 2 tbsp tail (oil)
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • Red chili, parsley, croutons for garnishing

Directions

Tamam sabziyo ko kaat len_
Karhai main tail garam karen_
Phir lehsan or sabziyan halki c fry karlen_
Isme laal mirch, kaali mirch, mixed italian herbs, makhan or namak shamil karke 10 mins pakaen_
Isme yakhni daalen or chand mins baad blender main yakjan karlen_
Isme parsley milaen or chand mins pakane ke baad soup ke piyale main nikaal len_
Isse laal mirch ke paste, parsley or croutons se saja kar serve karen_:)
