- 1 piyaz bareek kati (onion finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese kadukash (grated)
- 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp makhan (butter)
- 1 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
Ingredients for white sauce
- 2 tbsp maida (flour)
- 2 cups doodh (milk)
- 1 chutki pissi hoi jaifil (nutmeg powder)
- 1/4 tsp cheeni (sugar crushed)
- 1/4 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 3 tbsp cheddar cheese
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 tbsp makhan (butter)
Directions
Gajar, french cheese, matar or phool gobhi ko 1 cup pani daal kar 10 mins tak ubaalen_
Isi yakhni mese 1/4 cups mehfuz rakhen baki zaya karden_
Sabziyo ko thanday pani se dholen_
White sauce banane ke liye sauce pan main makhan pighlaen_
Phir maida daal kar bhune_
Sauce pan main chuleh se utaar kar musalsal chamcha chalatay hue doodh shamil karen_
Phir chuleh par rakhen or halki anch par garha honay tak pakaen_
Isme sabziyo ki yakhni, jaifil, cheeni, oregano, kaali mirch, cheese or namak mila kar kuch der pakaen_
Ek pyrex ki dish ko chikna karen, isme pehle sabziyo phir white sauce ki teh laga kar double roti ka chura chirak den_
Is par shimla mirch, piyaz or cheese ki teh lagaen_
Phir kaali mirch chirken or makhan or tomato ketchup phela den_
Dish ko pehle se garam oven main 200°c par 20 mins bake karen_
