Ingredients
- 1 taza narial (fresh coconut)
- 1 tsp sabut safed zeera (white cumin seeds)
- 10 sabut kaali mirchen (black pepper corns)
- 2 tbsp sabut dhania (coriander seeds)
- 3 jave lehsan (garlic cloves)
- 1 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
- 2 tbsp imli ka gooda (tamarind pulp)
- 2 cups pani (water)
Ingredients for salan (curry)
- 1/2 kg pomfret pieces
- 1 piyaz bareek kati (onion finely chopped)
- 1 tamatar bareek kate hue (tomato finely chopped)
- 1 inch piece adrak kadukash (ginger crushed)
- 2 hari mirch darmiyan se kati (green chili slit from centre)
- 1 chutki cheeni (sugar 1 pinch)
- 1 tbsp sirka (vinegar)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 2 tbsp tail (oil)
Directions
Blender main narial, sabut safed zeera, sabut kaali mirch, sabut dhania, lehsan, haldi, imli ka gooda or pani ko blender karke chaanen or patla or garha aaameza alag alag karlen_
Degchi main tail garam karke piyaz sunehri karlen_
Isme tamatar or adrak bhune_
Jab tamatar naram hojaen to patla aameza shamil karen or ubaal anay tak pakaen_
Phir machli ke tukray teh ki tarah rakhen or thori der tak pakaen_
Ab isme hari mirchen, cheeni, sirka or namak shamil karke dum par rakh den_
