Ingredients

  • 2 Cups penne pasta boiled
  • 1/2 kg taza doodh (fresh milk)
  • 2  slices double roti (bread)
  • 280 gm akhrot (walnuts)
  • 1 java lehsan (garlic clove crushed)
  • 56 gm + chirakne ke liye (parmesan cheese grated)
  • 150 ml fresh cream
  • Hasb e zaeqa kutti kaali mirch (black pepper crushed to taste)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 100 ml zaitoon ka tail (olive oil)

Directions

Doodh main double roti ke tukray daal kar doodh jazb honay den_
Blender main akhrot, lehsan, paneer or tail mila kar pees len_
Phir namak, kaali mirch or cream bhi shamil karden_
Ek dish main pasta daalen_
Iske upar akhrot wala aameza daalen or paneer chirak kar serve karen_:)
