Roasted Chicken Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300 gm bhuni or resha ki ho murghi (chicken roasted & shredded)
  • 5 cups murghi ki yakhni (chicken stock)
  • 200 gm freezer kye matar (peas frozen)
  • 2 piyaz bareek kati (onion finely chopped)
  • 3 gajar bareek kati (carrot finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tsp kutti kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
  • 3 tbsp dahi (yogurt)
  • 1 java lehsan (garlic cloves)
  • 1 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 1 tbsp zaitoon ka tail (olive oil)

Directions

Degchi main tail garam karen phir isme piyaz, thyme or gajar daal kar 15 mins tak bhune_
Phir yakhni daal kar ubaalen or halki anch karke 10 mins tak pakaen_
Isme murghi milane_
Phir adha aameza blender karke degchi main dubara daal den_
Isme matar, kaali mirch or namak mila kar dum pe rakh den_
Ek piyale main dahi, nimbu ka ras or lehsan milaen_
Soup ko piyalo main nikaalen or dahi ka qeema daal kar serve karen_:)
