Fish Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300 gm fish fillets
  • 3 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
  • 1 tbsp pissa lehsan (garlic paste)
  • Talne ke liye tail (oil for frying)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)

Ingredients for rice

  • 500 gm ublay chawal (boiled rice)
  • 4 jave kata lehsan (garlic cloves chopped)
  • 4 dandiya kati hari piyaz (spring onion stalks  chopped)
  • 3 bareek kate tamatar (finely chopped tomatoes)
  • 1 cup murghi ki yakhni (chicken stock)
  • 6 bareek kati hari mirchen (green chili finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
  • 1 tsp sabut safed zeera (white cumin seeds)
  • 3 tbsp soya sauce 
  • 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp corn flour pani main ghula hua (corn flour dissolved in water)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 3 tbsp tail (oil)

Directions

Fish fillets ke chotay chakor tukray kaat kar ek piyale main daalen_

Ab isme soya sauce, nimbu ka rass, pissa lehsan or namak daal kar adhay ghantay ke liye rakh den_
Karhai main tail garam karen or machli ke tukray fry karke nikaal len_

Frying pan main tail garam karen isme lehsan, hari piyaz, kaali mirch, zeera or hari mirchen daal kar tez anch par 1 min kee liye bhune_
Phir tamatar, murghi ki yakhni, soya sauce, brown sugar, cornflour or namak mila kar chand mins tak bhune_
Ab isme chawal milaen or pani khushk hojaye to dum par rakh den_

Chawalo ko dish main nikaalen machli ke tukray iske upar rakhen or hari piyaz se saja kar serve karen_:)
