Ingredients
- 1/2 kg undercut chakor tukray (undercut cubed)
- 3 piyaz gol bareek kati (finely chopped in round)
- 3 aalu gol bareek kate (finely chopped in round)
- 3 tamatar bareek kate (tomatos finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup phenti hoi dahi (yogurt whipped)
- 2 tbsp safed sirka (white vinegar)
- 1/2 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 1-1/2 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1/2 cup pani (water)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1/2 cup tail (oil)

Ek piyale main undercut, haldi, tomato ketchup, sirka, lehsan adrak, laal mirch, dahi or namak mila kar adhay ghantay ke liye rakh den_
Degchi main tail garam karen isme undercut ki teh bicha den_
Iske upar aalu, piyaz, tamatar or pani daal kar halki anch par undercut ke galne tak pakaen_
