Bhopali Kebab Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg gaye ka qeema 2 bar pissa hua (beef mince ground twice)
  • 3 tbsp kati piyaz (onion chopped)
  • 2 tbsp hara dhania (green coriander chopped)
  • 2 kati hari mirchen (green chili chopped)
  • 1 tsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
  • 2 tbsp kadukash cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 ublay anday (boiled eggs)
  • 1 tsp pissa garam masala (whole spice powder)
  • 1 tsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
  • 1 tsp bhuna or kutta dhania (roasted coriander seeds crushed)
  • 1 tsp bhuna or kutta safed zeera (cumin seeds roasted & crushed)
  • 1 anda (egg)
  • 2 tbsp bhuna hua besan (roasted gram flour)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • Tail talne ke liye (oil for frying)

Directions

Ek bowl main gaye ka qeema, piyaz, hara dhania, mirchen, adrak lehsan, cheddar cheese, ublay anday, pissa garam masala, laal mirch, dhania bhuna kutta, zeera bhuna kutta, anda, bhuna besan or namak shamil karke achi tarah mix karlen_
Ab is aamezay ke kabab tayar karen_
Frying pan main tail garam karen or kababo ko dono taraf se sunehra hone tak pakaen_
