Ingredients
- 1/2 kg bakray ka gosht (mutton)
- 3 aalu chotay chakor kate (potato diced)
- 2 piyaz bareek kati (onion finely chopped)
- 2 kate tamatar (tomatoes chopped)
- 4 hari mirchen darmiyan se kati (green chili cut from centre)
- 2 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 1 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
- 2 tbsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
- 1 tbsp sabit garam masala (whole hot spice)
- 2 cups pani (water)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1/2 cup ghee
- Sajane ke liye hara dhania or adrak (coriander leaves & ginger for garnishing)
Directions
Degchi main ghee garam karke piyaz naram karen_
Phir gosht daal kar bhune_
Isme aalu, tamatar or hari mirchen shamil karke mazeed bhune_
Phir adrak lehsan, haldi, laal mirch, sabit garam masala, pani or namak daal kar halki anch par gosht galnay tak pakaen_
Phir anch tez karke pani khushk karen_
Akhir main hara dhania or adrak daal kar serve karen_:)
