Mughlai Mutton Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg mutton
  • 1 cup dahi (yogurt)
  • 2 tsp pissa dhani (coriander powder)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1 tsp garam masala (all spices)
  • 1/4 tsp pissi hari ilaichi (green cardamom grinded)
  • 1 tbsp leemun ka russ (lemon juice)
  • 1 tsp bhuna or kutta zeera (cumin seeds crushed)
  • 1 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 1 tbsp adrak lehsan (ginger garlic)
  • 3 tbsp kutti talli piyaz (brown onion crushed)
  • 2 kutti hari mirch (green chili chopped)
  • 6 pisse kaju (cashew nut grinded)
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 tsp kewra (kewra water)
  • Hasb e zarurat podine ke patte (mint leaves as required)
  • 1/2 cup tail (oil)

Directions

Pehle mutton par pisse kaju, tail, podine ke patte, kewra ke ilawa tamam cheezen daal kar 30 minutes ke liye chor den_ab tail garam karke is main marinate mutton daal kar dhaken or itna pakaen ke galne ke kareeb ajae_phir is main pisse kaju, kewra, saffron or podine ke patte daal kar itna dum par rakhen ke tail upar ajae_akhir main parathy ya naan ke sath serve karlen_:)
