Ingredients

  • 4 goll bun (round buns)
  • 1/2 kg gaye ka qeema (beef mince)
  • 1 anda (egg)
  • 2 piyaz bareek kati (onion finely chopped)
  • 1/2 gathi hara dhania barek kata (coriander leaves chopped 1/2 bunch)
  • 1 tsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
  • 1 tsp kutti kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
  • 1 tbsp kata lehsan (garlic chopped)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • Hasb e zarurat tail (oil as required)

Ingredients for garden sauce

  • 1 piyaz bareek kati (onion finely chopped)
  • 1 gajar bareek kati (carrot finely chopped)
  • 1 shimla mirch bareek kati (capsicum finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
  • 1/2 tsp kutti kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
  • 1 tbsp tail (oil)

Directions

Ek piyale main gaye ka qeema, anda, piyaz, hara dhania, kaali mirch, laal mirch, lehsan or namak shamil karke achi tarah mix karlen_

Ab is aamezay ke 4 goll kabab bana len_
Tawe par tail garam karen or kabab ko sunehri tall kar nikaal len_
Ab sauce pan main piyaz, gajar, shimla mirch, tomato ketchup, brown sugar, nimby ka rass, kutti kaali mirch, namak or tail daal kar 1 min tak pakaen_
Bun ko darmiyan se kaaten bun ke niche wale hisse pe sauce lagaen, iske upar ek kabab rakhen or thori c sauce laga kar bun ka dosra hissa rakh den_
Is amal ko dohratay hue baki burgers bhi tayar karlen_
