Ingredients
- 4 murghi ke seenay (chicken breast)
- 1/2 cup talli hoi piyaz (onion fried)
- 3 nimbu (lemons)
- 4 hari mirchen bareek kati (green chili finely chopped)
- 1 gathi bareek kata hara dhania (coriander leaves finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup sirka (vinegar)
- 1 tsp kutti hoi kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
- 1 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 1 tbsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
- 2 tbsp kati adrak (ginger chopped)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 6 tbsp tail (oil)
Directions
Murghi ke seeno par adrak lehsan, sirka, 2 tbsp tail or namak laga kar rakh den_
Frying pan main murghi ke seenay rakh kar unka pani khushk hone tak pakaen_
Ab iske chotay chotay tukray kaat kar ek piyale main daalen, isme tandoori masala, kaali mirch or laal mirch milaen_
Karhai main baki tail garam karen isme murghi ke tukray shamil karen or 10 mins tak bhun kar dish main nikaalen_
Isse adrak, dhania, hari mirch, piyaz or nimbu ke rass se saja kar serve karen_:)
