Ingredients
- 6 partridges
- 125 gm phenti hoi dahi (yogurt whipped)
- 1 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1 tsp pissa safed zeera (white cumin powder)
- 1 tsp pissa garam masala (whole spice powder)
- 1/2 tsp pissi jaifil javatri (nutmeg & mace powder)
- 2 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 1 piyaz bareek kati (onion finely chopped)
- 2 ublay tamatar (boiled tomatoes)
- 2 tbsp kata hara dhania (coriander leaves chopped)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 3 tbsp tail (oil)
Directions
Blender main dahi, piyaz, tamatar, haldi, laal mirch, zeera, garam masala, jaifil javatri, hara dhania or namak yakjan karlen_
Degchi main tail garam karen usme lehsan adrak sunehri karke partridge daalen or rang tabdeel honay tak pakaen_
Isme pissa hua aameza milaen or dum par rakh den_
5 minutes ke baad isse tez anch bhune_
Phir dish main nikaal ke serve karen_:)
