Ingredients
- 1/2 kg gaye ka qeema (beef mince)
- 4 ublay anday (boiled eggs)
- 1 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
- 8 sookhi gol laal mirchen (round dried red chilies)
- 4 hari mirchen lambai main bareek kati (green chili finely chopped lengthwise)
- 1 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 8 long (cloves)
- 2 tbsp bareek kati adrak (ginger finely chopped)
- 2 nimbu (lemons)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 cup + for frying tail (oil)
- Sajane ke liye hara dhania, piyaz talli hoi (coriander, onion fried for garnishing)
Directions
Ando ko cheel kar dono kono par ek ek long laga den_
Degchi main qeema, lehsan adrak, haldi or namak daal kar pani khushk honay tak pakaen_
Isme tail, hari mirchen, adrak or laal mirchen daal kar bhune_
Phir nimbu ka rass mila kar dish main nikaal len_
Frying pan main thora sa tail garam karen or anday halke se fry karke nikaal len or darmiyan se 2 tukray kaat kar qeemay par rakhen_
Mazedar anday qeemay par piyaz or hara dhania daal kar serve karen_:)
