Ingredients
- 1/2 kg mutton pieces boneless
- 1/2 kg choti bhindi (small okra)
- 3 piyaz bareek kati (onion finely chopped)
- 250 gm phenti hoi dahi (yogurt whipped)
- 1 tbsp sabut garam masala (whole spice powder)
- 2 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 3 tbsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
- 1 tbsp pissa dhania (coriander powder)
- Chand katray kewra (few drops)
- 1 cup ghee
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- Talne ke liye tail (oil for frying)
- Sajane ke liye bareek kati adrak (ginger finely chopped for garnishing)
Directions
Frying pan main tail garam karen piyaz sunehri talen or jazb kagaz par nikaal len_
Isi frying pan main bhindiyan tall kar nikaal len_
Ek degchi main ghee garam karke lehsan adrak, garam masala or gosht daal kar pakaen_
Gosht galnay ke kareeb hoto isme dahi, laal mirch or dhania mila kar gosht galnay tak pakaen_
Isme bhindi or kewra mila kar dum par rakh den_
Mazedar qorma adrak se saja kar serve karen_:)
