Ingredients
- 1/2 kg bakray ki chaanpain (mutton chops)
- 1 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 8 sookhi gol laal mirch (round dried red chili)
- 6 jave lehsan bghair chile (garlic with skin)
- 1 tsp bhuna safed zeera (roasted cumin)
- 1 tsp kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
- 4 nimbu (lemons)
- 1 cup dahi phenti hoi (yogurt whipped)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- Hasb e zarurat tail (oil as required)
- Sajane ke liye hara dhania, hari mirchen, piyaz (coriander leaves, green chili, onion for garnishing)
Directions
Degchi main chaanpain, lehsan adrak, dahi or namak daal kar bghair pani ke pakaen_
Jab iska pani khushk hojaye to utaar kar thanda karlen_
Sabut laal mircho main lehsan mila kar pees kar ek piyale main daalen_
Isme 3 nimbu ka rass or zeera mila kkar chanpo par lagaen_
Grill pan ko garam karke chikna karen_
Is par chaanpain har taraf se senk kar dish main nikaalen_
Ispar kaali mirch or baki nimbu ka rass daal den_
Mazedar chaanpain hara dhania, hari mircho or piyaz se saja kar serve karen_:)
