Banochi Kebab Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg bakray ya gaye ka gosht (beef or mutton)
  • 1 tbsp pissa lehsan adrak (ginger garlic paste)
  • 1 tbsp pissi hari mirchen (green chili paste)
  • 1/2 tsp pissi choti ilaichi (green cardamom powder)
  • 1 anda (egg)
  • 1 tsp pissi kaali mirch (black pepper powder)
  • Hash e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • Lagane ke liye makhan (butter for brushing)
  • Sajane ke liye tamatar, hari mirchen, salad pattay grilled (tomato, green chili, lettuce grilled for garnishing)

Directions

Gosht par pissa adrak lehsan, hari mirchen pissi, pissi choti ilaichi, anda, pissi kaali mirch or namak laga kar kum  se kum ek raat ke liye fridge main rakh den_
Botiyo ko seekhon par lagaen inhe koelay par ya oven main seenken or darmiyan main 2-3 bar makhan lagaen_
Serving dish ko salad pattay, tamatar or hari mirchon se sajaen or banochi kebab rakh kar serve karen_:)
