Bhuna Hua Gosht (Fried Meat) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 kg undercut ek tukra (chunk)
  • 2 tbsp Kachri powder
  • 2 tbsp pissa lehsan (garlic paste)
  • 1 tsp pissa garam masala (whole spice powder)
  • 4 tbsp pissi hari mirchen (green chili paste)
  • 1/2 cup imli ka gooda (tamarind pulp)
  • 2 tsp bhuna safed zeera (roasted cumin seeds)
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 1/2 cup tail (oil)
  • Sajane ke liye tamatar, hari mirchen, podina, tomato, green chilies, mint leaves for garnishing)

Directions

Undercut par kachri powder, pissa lehsan, pissa garan masala, pissi hari mirchen, imli ka gooda, bhuna safed zeera, chaat masala, namak or tail laga kar raat bhar ke liye fridge main rakh den_
Isse degchi main daalen or dhakan ko atta laga kar band karden_
Isse ek ghantay tak pakaen_
Gosht gal jaye to tez anch par bhun len_
Isse dish main nikaalen or tamatar, hari mirch or podinay se saja kar serve karen_:)
