Ingredients
- 500 gm Murghi ki chakor botiyan bghair haddi (chicken boneless cubes)
- 1/4 cup dahi (yogurt)
- 2 tbsp kata lehsan (garlic chopped)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 pissa garam masala (whole spice powder)
- 1/2 tsp pissa safed zeera (cumin powder)
- 1/2 tsp pissi kaali mirch (black pepper powder)
- 2 chakor kate tamatar (tomato cubed)
- 1 chakor kati shimla mirch (capsicum cubed)
- 1 chakor kati piyaz (onion cubed)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 4 tbsp tail (oil)
Directions
Murghi ki botiyo main dahi, lehsan, tomato paste, nimbu ka rass, oregano, thyme, pissa garam masala, pissi safed mirch, pissi kaali mirch or namak mila kar rakh den_
Lakri ki madad se seekhon par murghi ki ek boti, ek shimla mirch, piyaz or tamatar ka tukra phir ek boti lagaen_
Is amal ko dohratay hue tamam botiyo se seekhen tayar karlen_
Inhe halka sa tail lagatay hue grill pan par ya tawe pe har taraf se senk kar utaar len_
