Ingredients
- 1/2 kg undercut bara tukra (one chunk)
- 1 shimla mirch (capsicum)
- 1 gajar (carrot)
- 2 tbsp safed sirka (white vinegar)
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Nimbu ke chilkay kadukash (lemon zest grated)
- 1 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 1 tbsp kutti kaali mirch (red chili crushed)
- 2 tbsp pissa kacha papeeta (raw papaya paste)
- 1 tsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 2 tbsp makhan (butter)
- 4 tbsp tail (oil)
- Sajanay ke liye gajar, salad pattay (lettuce, carrot for garnishing)
Directions
Undercut ke tukro ko darmiyan se chop karke kitab ki tarah kholen_
Or kisi bhari cheez ki madad se halka sa kuchal len_
Piyale main papeeta, nimbu ke chilkay or rass , sirka, adrak, lehsan, kaali mirch or namak milaen_
Or isse undercut par laga kar ek ghantay ke liye rakh den_
Shimla mirch or gajar ko bareek kaat len_
Undercut ko khol kar iske darmiyan main makhan or worcestershire ki teh lagaen_
Isme gajar or shimla mirch rakh kar lapeten or kisi dori se bandh len_
Khulay mu ki degchi main tail garam karen or halki anch par undercut ko 15 mins tak pakaen_
Phir baking tray par rakhen or 180°c par 30 mins pakka kar nikaal len_
Serving dish ko gajar or salad paton se sajaen_
Pin wheel beef rakhen or 1-1/2 inch ke tukray kaat kar serve kaeen_:)
