Masala Gosht Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg bakray ka gosht (mutton)
  • 3 kate tamatar (tomato chopped)
  • 2 piyaz bareek kati (onion finely chopped)
  • 6 bareek kati hari mirchen (green chili finely chopped)
  • 3 long (cloves)
  • 1 inch piece daarcheeni (cinnamon stick)
  • 1 bari ilaichi (black cardamom)
  • 2 ilaichi (cardamom)
  • 1 tezpata (bay leaf)
  • 1 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 1 tsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
  • 2 tsp pissa garam masala (whole spice powder)
  • 1 tbsp pissi adrak (ginger paste)
  • 2 tsp pissa lehsan (garlic paste)
  • 2 tbsp kata hara dhania (coriander leaves chopped)
  • Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
  • 1/2 cup tail (oil)
  • Sajane ke liye hari mirchen, hara dhania, adrak bareek kata (green chili, coriander, ginger finely chopped for garnishing)

Directions

Degchi main gosht, tamatar, piyaz, hari mirch, long,  darcheeni, ilaichi, bari ilaichi, tezpata, pissi laal mirch, kutti laal mirch, pissi haldi, pissa garam masala, pissi adrak, pissa lehsan, hara dhania or namak mila kar 1 cup pani daal ke halki anch par gosht galnay tak pakaen_
Pani khushk hojaye to tail daal kar bhune or 1/2 cup pani daal kar dum par rakh den_
Tail upar ajaye to dish main nikaalen_
Isse hari mirch, hara dhania or adrak se saja kar serve karen_:)
