Murghi Ki Seekh Kaleji (Chicken Liver Seekh) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 gm murghi ki kaleji (chicken liver)
  • 1/4 cup phenti hoi dahi (yogurt whipped)
  • 2 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
  • 1 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
  • 1 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 2 tbsp kutti laal mirch (red chili crushed)
  • 1/4 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
  • 2 tsp pissa garam masala (whole spice powder)
  • 2 tbsp tail (oil)
  • Humwar pesh karne ke liye piyaz, tamatar, nimbu ke slices (onion, tomato, lemon slices as accompaniments)

Directions

Kaleji main dahi, nimbu ka rass, adrak lehsan, laal mirch, kutti laal mirch, haldi or garam masala mila kar 1/2 ghantay ke liye rakh den_
Isse lakri ki seekhon par lagaen_
Frying pan main thora sa tail garam karen or seekhon ko har taraf se senk kar nikaal len_
Mazedar kaleji piyaz, tamatar or nimbu ke sath serve karen_:)
