Ingredients
- 250 gm baisan chana hua (flour sieved)
- 250 gm taza doodh (fresh milk)
- 6 choti ilaichi (green cardamom)
- 125 gm pani (water)
- 125 gm cheeni (sugar)
- 250 gm ghee
- Sajane ke liye badam, pistay, chandi ka warq (almonds, pistachio, silver sterling leaves for garnishing)
Directions
Pani main cheeni mila kar ek tar ka sheera tayar karlen_
Degchi main ghee garam karke ilaichi or baisan halki anch par 10 mins bhune_
Isme thora thora karke doodh daalen poora doodh istemal hone tak pakaen_
Isme sheera daal kar achi tarah se bhune_
Dish ko chikna karen or halwa daal kar chamchay ki madad se humwar karlen_
Mazedar halway ko badam, pistay or chandi ke warq se saja kar serve karen_:)
