Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg drumsticks
  • 1/2 cup dahi pani nikla hua (yogurt drained)
  • 2 tbsp nimbu ka rass (lemon juice)
  • 1 tsp pissi laal mirch (red chili powder)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek)
  • 1 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 chutki khane ka orange rang (orange food color)
  • 1 tsp namak (salt)
  • Sajane ke liye salad patay, kheeray, tamatar (lettuce, cucumbers, tomato for garnishing)

Directions

Drumsticks par churi ki madad se gehray nishan lagaen_
Ek piyale main drumsticks main dahi, nimbu ka rass, laal mirch, fresh cream, cheddar cheese, kasuri methi, pissa adrak lehsan, cornflour, khane ka orange rang or namak mila kar 2 ghanto ke liye rakh den_
Inhe baking tray main rakhen or pehle se garam oven main 180°c par 20 mins bake karlen_
Isse nikaalen or ulat pulat karke dubara rakhen or mazeed 20 mins tak pakaen_
Chahen to koelay ka dhuwa de den or chaat masala chirken_
Serving dish ko salad patay, kheeray or tamatar se sajaen_
Ispe drumsticks rakh kar serve karen_:)
