- 2 tbsp steak sauce
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1 tbsp + to grill oil
- French fries & boiled vegetables (as accompaniment)
Ingredients for terragon sauce
- 2 tbsp makhan (butter)
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp sirka (vinegar)
- 1/4 tsp pani (water)
- 4 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 tsp dried terragon chopped
- 1 tbsp parlsey chopped
- 1 tsp kati hari piyaz (spring onion chopped)
- 2 tbsp mushroom chopped
- 1/2 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/2 tsp kutti kaali mirch (black pepper crushed)
Directions
Sauce pan main makhan garam karke cornflour, sirka, pani, fresh cream, dried terragon, parsley, hari piyaz, mushroom, namak or kaali mirch mila kar garha honey tak paka kar rakh len_
Murghi ke seeno par kaali mirch, lehsan, mustard paste, worcestershire sauce, rosemary leaves, soya sauce, steak sauce or namak mila kar adhay ghantay ke liye rakh den_
Frying pan main tail garam karen or murghi ke seeno ko dono janib se senk len_
Ispe upar sauce daalen or ulat pulat karke pakaen_
Isse sizzler par rakhen or french fries or sabziyo ke sath serve karen_:)
