- 1 cup chawal ka atta (rice flour)
- 1 tsp rayi dana (mustard seeds)
- 2 karri patay (curry leaves)
- 1/2 tsp kalonji
- 5 hari mirchen (green chilies)
- 1/2 gathi hara dhania (green coriander 1/2 bunch)
- 1/2 gathi podina (mint leaves 1/2 bunch)
- 3 anday (eggs)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- Talne ke liye tail (oil for frying)

Blender main maida, chawal ka atta, rayi dana, karri patay, hari mirchen, hara dhania, podina, anday or namak yakjan karke garha aameza bana len_
Nonstick ke frying pan main thora sa tail garam karen_
Ek gehray chamchay main aameza bhar kar frying pan main daalen or phela den_
Jab roti ek janib se halki si gulabi hojaye to isse palat kar dosri janib se pakaen_
Is amal ko dohratay hue baki aamezay ki rotiyan tayar karlen or garam garam serve karen_:)
