Ingredients
- 1/2 kg murghi ki botiya (chicken pieces)
- 1 tbsp pissa adrak lehsan (ginger garlic paste)
- 2 kati piyaz (onion chopped)
- 250 gm phenti dahi (yogurt whipped)
- 2 tbsp laal mircho ka paste (red chilies paste)
- 1 tsp pissa dhania (coriander powder)
- 1/2 tsp pissa safed zeera (cumin powder)
- 1 tsp pissi haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 tbsp sabut garam masala (whole spice powder)
- 2 tbsp safed till bhune hue (white sesame seeds roasted)
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1/2 cup pistay badam (almonds, pistachio)
- 1/2 cup pani (water)
- Hasb e zaeqa namak (salt to taste)
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp ghee
- Sajane ke liye salad patay (lettuce for garnishing)
Directions
Badam or pisto ko ubaal kar cheel len_
Degchi main ghee garam karen or piyaz ko tall kar nikaal len_
Piyaz ko dahi ke sath pees len_
Isi degchi main garam masala bhune phir lehsan adrak mila kar chand mins tak pakaen_
Isme murghi ki botiyan daal kar tez anch par bhune_
Isme laal mirho ka paste, pissa dhania, pissa safed zeera, haldi, safed bhune till, cream, pani or namak daal kar gosht galnay tak pakaen_
Frying pan main 2 tbsp ghee garam karke badam pistay tal kar degchi main shamil karden_
Tayar honay pe dish main nikaal kar serve karen_:)
